Next Generation EOD Protection
The 4030 ELITE Suit and Helmet System is designed in collaboration with EOD operators and is certified to NIJ 0117.01*, the US National Institute of Justice Public Safety Bomb Suit standard, by the Safety Equipment Institute. It introduces a new approach to EOD protection, delivering superior survivability and enhanced ergonomics at a reduced weight, along with a user configurable and scalable platform.
User Configurable
The 4030 ELITE offers a highly modular and scalable system with the option to build and accessorize the suit around the user’s individual requirements. Communication and cooling systems can be integrated within the base suit without full scale upgrades – a significant cost efficiency benefit. There is also a wide range of size options with the ability to mix and match jacket, trousers and frontal plate, providing additional flexibility. The 4030 ELITE provides enhanced ergonomics and dexterity due to our patents in flexible armour construction. The user is able to crouch, climb and crawl easily. The suit is lightweight and uses the latest materials and design features to provide a flexible fit and extended wear. The frontal armour breast plate comes in multiple sizes and can be detached by the operator unaided, a benefit in confined spaces. New design features have been added to enable faster donning and doffing and there is a wide size range to fit 5th percentile female to 99th percentile male operators.

The REO Single Circuit Blasting Machines are of solid-state capacitor discharge design.
They offer a wide variety of energy and voltage choices in a series of compact, lightweight, portable, water and corrosion resistant enclosures, and are designed to provide extended service under a variety of operation conditions.
These industry proven blasting machines offer great firing capacity in a small, rugged, and compact design. The solid state circuitry assures excellent reliability and service life. The CD225-2J has a 35-cap firing capacity and CD450-4J has a 65-cap firing capacity. Both units operate on a 9 volt battery.

Disruptor ABL2000
ABL 2000
The ABL 2000 is a general purpose recoilless disruptor designed as a dual role equipment to render safe IED’s.
The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer Kit is suitable for render safe procedures on IEDs of medium size with extended capabilities and conventional munitions disposal (CMD) tasks. It is ideal for personnel to carry, or for use on small Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) on which payload weight needs to be kept to a minimum. It is a multi-shot device, capable of many firings and requiring minimal maintenance. Training can be carried out on this disruptor without causing any detriment to its service performance. The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer has been subject to a series of formal tests against representative targets, sensitive explosives and pressure measuring systems. This ensures reliable and consistent disruptive performance with recoilless operation, minimum collateral damage and maximum operator safety. The ABL2000 De-armer provides additional facilities to the disruptor enhancing its capabilities. With a simple substitution of the front barrel assembly and use of the correct projectile, the disruptor is able to operate as a de-armer, capable of firing a range of solid projectiles such as chisel, plain and splat round projectiles. The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer Kit is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality standard. Prior to dispatch, all items of equipment are subjected to an overpressure test. The kit is supplied with both disruptor and de-armer items required for use and operator maintenance as well as several empty pockets for additional accessories.

The MINEX 4.600 is designed to detect very small near-surface metal objects, so-called minimum metal mines or plastic mines. It offers maximum sensitivity and best possible pinpointing of targets while still providing robustness and reliability in any conditions.
A ground learning function for operation on uncooperative soil and a military mode that turns off the LED indicators for safe night operations are only two of the vital features available. The MINEX 4.600 comes in a rugged transport case and can be equipped with accessories according to the customer’s needs.

RF Firing System
The WISe MC5 Remote Kit is a compact, lightweight, high-energy Wireless Initiation System, purpose-built for EOD and Tactical use. Designed with security, performance, and simplicity in mind, WISe makes it easy and affordable to outfit teams with a dependable remote initiation system. Digitally secured, Spread Spectrum technology uses 128 Bit AES, and rolling code linking to ensure that only the linked pair ever communicates.
The Remote’s small size makes it perfect for attaching to smaller “tac-bot” robots, and is remarkably convenient when paired with a disruptor. Outputs for both dual shock tube and electrical blasting (including electric breech) are included in one convenient module. The controller features ambidextrous, one-handed operation, and can fit in a radio pouch.
Tactical entry teams benefit from no longer having shock-tube or lead wires to trip up the stack. Placing the remote closer to the charge (but still protected) allows the breacher to safely initiate the breach without interfering with the stack’s movement. Shortening the length of shock-tube or lead wires also saves money.
