Next Generation EOD Protection
The 4030 ELITE Suit and Helmet System is designed in collaboration with EOD operators and is certified to NIJ 0117.01*, the US National Institute of Justice Public Safety Bomb Suit standard, by the Safety Equipment Institute. It introduces a new approach to EOD protection, delivering superior survivability and enhanced ergonomics at a reduced weight, along with a user configurable and scalable platform.
User Configurable
The 4030 ELITE offers a highly modular and scalable system with the option to build and accessorize the suit around the user’s individual requirements. Communication and cooling systems can be integrated within the base suit without full scale upgrades – a significant cost efficiency benefit. There is also a wide range of size options with the ability to mix and match jacket, trousers and frontal plate, providing additional flexibility. Different coloured suit outers can also be added according to the operating environment.
Enhanced Fit & Mobility
The 4030 ELITE provides enhanced ergonomics and dexterity due to our patents in flexible armour construction. The user is able to crouch, climb and crawl easily. The suit is lightweight and uses the latest materials and design features to provide a flexible fit and extended wear. The frontal armour breast plate comes in multiple sizes and can be detached by the operator unaided, a benefit in confined spaces. New design features have been added to enable faster donning and doffing and there is a wide size range to fit 5th percentile female to 99th percentile male operators.

Protection in a class of its own
The chemical protective suit Dräger CPS 7900 was developed to protect its wearer when handling toxic or hazardous materials and to provide much needed support for a variety of dangerous tasks. The suit material D-mex™ offers unique resistance to various substances. The Dräger CPS 7900 meets and exceeds the requirements of international standards of fire departments, search and rescue organizations, and industry for reusable protection suits.
D-mex™: 5-Fold safety
The suit's innovative and unique material D-mex™ consists of five layers. An especially sturdy elastomer layer as well as a barrier layer resistant to chemicals is on the inside as well as the outside. This allows the suit to retain its full protective capacity even when the material on the outside becomes damaged. Its electrostatic properties make it possible to use the suit in explosive areas. The flexibility of D-mex™ even makes it possible to handle liquefied gases such as ammonia at a contact temperature of -80°C.
Outstanding wearing comfort
The chemical protective suit reduces the stress during the already difficult work in hazard zones and danger areas. With its new, ergonomic cut and five available sizes, the suit offers its wearers with a body height of 1.50 m to 2.10 m the highest degree of mobility during a wide variety of activities and tasks. Moreover, the clearly lighter weight and better drape of the suit material adjusts to the wearer's movements and offers the full range of flexibility.

Demron Ice Multi Use Suit: Most suits that are worn to protect against EBOLA and ZIKA Virus exposure hazards trap heat and vapor in the suit creating significant and potentially life-threatening heat stress. Demron ICE is thermo conductive, and a passive cooling system. The reduced heat stress translates to extended operational times and maximum comfort for the wearer. Just as heat release is critical to maintaining an operational core temperature, the ability to proactively combat heat stress is paramount. Demron ICE fabric has metal properties that promote passive cooling and make is possible to cool the wearer by external means. The application of wet towel or ice pack can dramatically heighten the wearer’s mental state and physical ability to work longer hours.

Digital Vanguard
The Digital Vanguard is a highly capable and versatile mid-sized robot that performs a critical range of law enforcement and military EOD/IEDD, CBRNe and other hazardous functions.
The Digital Vanguard was recently upgraded with a new drive assembly that doubles the robot’s speed to 3.6 km/h. The new drive assembly provides operators with improved mobility, reliability and performance.
The modular construction and advanced electronic design of the Digital Vanguard make maintenance and support in the field simple and inexpensive. This improves the life cycle of the system, while reducing training and upkeep time. The Digital Vanguard also delivers the ROVISS Integrated Sensor Suite system. ROVISS provides a powerful CBRNe capability to manage high risk situations by concurrently deploying multiple sensors to detect hazardous threats, including:

Disruptor ABL2000
ABL 2000
The ABL 2000 is a general purpose recoilless disruptor designed as a dual role equipment to render safe IED’s.
The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer Kit is suitable for render safe procedures on IEDs of medium size with extended capabilities and conventional munitions disposal (CMD) tasks. It is ideal for personnel to carry, or for use on small Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) on which payload weight needs to be kept to a minimum. It is a multi-shot device, capable of many firings and requiring minimal maintenance. Training can be carried out on this disruptor without causing any detriment to its service performance. The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer has been subject to a series of formal tests against representative targets, sensitive explosives and pressure measuring systems. This ensures reliable and consistent disruptive performance with recoilless operation, minimum collateral damage and maximum operator safety. The ABL2000 De-armer provides additional facilities to the disruptor enhancing its capabilities. With a simple substitution of the front barrel assembly and use of the correct projectile, the disruptor is able to operate as a de-armer, capable of firing a range of solid projectiles such as chisel, plain and splat round projectiles. The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer Kit is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality standard. Prior to dispatch, all items of equipment are subjected to an overpressure test. The kit is supplied with both disruptor and de-armer items required for use and operator maintenance as well as several empty pockets for additional accessories.
